Our Facility: Warehousing, Staging Area, Full Service ‘Shop’
Our state-of-the-art facility serves as our equipment, food and beverage warehouse. Our full service ‘Machine Shop’ area allows us to provide our clients with quick, expert machinery cleaning, repair and equipment ‘reboot’.
We take great pride in our Warehouse/Shop and the capabilities of our well versed technicians who trouble shoot and repair on-site or at our clients’ facility. We are also easily able to replace equipment with our fully stocked equipment inventory while our clients’ machines are evaluated and repaired.

Carl’s attention to detail is borne from the supply chain and equipment procurement experience he gained from his time in the US Navy; managing national retail pharmacies, supervising merchandising and plan-o-grams; as well as planning routes as a delivery driver for Fed Ex. Today, he applies his diverse experience in systems, logistics, procurement, expert end-to-end technology, and organization to every aspect of CDS Refresh.
We utilize the best in technology to deliver exciting, cost-effective and efficient Micro Market and Vending food service programs.
His love of food and enthusiasm for healthy food choices and fitness stem from his agrarian-centered childhood where he learned to grow and enjoy real food and engaged in small farm husbandry in a rural area outside of Shreveport, Louisiana. He learned valuable skills from his grandparents who were sharecroppers, and an amazing work ethic, strong values and character were imparted to him by his widowed-with-small-children working mother.
